my hoop greenhouse has posts of 1 1/4" your ground posts are 1 5/8" lot of space is there a reason for this not sure
It depends on the size of pipe for your hoops. If they are smaller than 1-1/4" then your ground posts would make sense. However if your hoops are larger than that then your ground posts are likely undersized. You want ground posts a little larger than your hoops to be able to help support the load on your hoop house.

We are rebuilding a hoop house that me predecessor constructed. It has been taken down and stored for 2 - 3 years. We have some of the ground pipes but need some new ones. The ones we have, have holes drilled to bolt the pipes to the wood base of the greenhouse. Do you sell them pre-drilled for bolting to the wood base? Or do you have another recommendation to secure them to the base? Thanks!
Our ground posts only come with one pre-drilled hole. Because of ground inconsistencies, we recommend drilling your own hole on the ground posts for a perfect secured attachment.
