The lock channel is advertised as rust-free. Would it be safe to attach to pressure treated wood?
If you are using pressure treated wood we would recommend putting a strip of plastic or building wrap tape between the wood and lock channel. The copper in some pressure treated woods will corrode anything metallic that is not stainless steel or copper (this would include almost all greenhouse attachment methods). However in most cases pressure treated wood should not be necessary on your greenhouse unless the wood it is in contact with the ground.

what type of sxrews needed to install on wood frame?
You should use a #8 hex head self drilling screw. You want the length of the screw to be a bit shy of the width of the board.

I have a 14x20x8.5 hoophouse. How many wiggle wire tracks and wire are needed? Thank you
It depends a bit. Do you plan on having both a baseboard and a hipboard? Do you also need wire and channel for your doors? Easiest way is to add up the linear feet and then divide by 6.5. Then add a few extra as there will be some waste.
For the length you have 20 feet. For both sides you will need 40 feet for just the baseboard. Then another 40 feet if you do a hipboard. That would then be 80 feet for the hip and baseboard or 13 pieces. Then you will also need it for the endwalls. Im guessing each hoop has 25 linear feet. So thats 50 feet for the hoops or 8 pieces. You will then need 28 feet for the endwall width which is 5 pieces. Then I would estimate 3 pieces per single door.
So if you had both baseboard, hipboard and 1 single door I would guess at 30 pieces of wire and channel for your hoophouse. -
How do u cut the channel?
The greenhouse u channel can be cut using a hacksaw or any other saw or other saw blade that is made for cutting metal.

Is this channel capable of holding two sets of spring wire, ie one holding two layers of plastic and one holding the shade cloth?
Yes you can use it with one or two sets of spring wire.
